We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based on the Wirral. We are seeking Customer Service Consultants.

The roles are full time positions working on a rotational basis Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm. You will be required on behalf of an international retail client and training will be provided on site.

This is a small team and you will be required to assist with the below:

• Processing telephone orders and communicating with customers about various after sales enquiries, this will include delivery issues and account enquiries
• Being proficient in using different methods of customer communication, including telephone, email, social media and live chat
• Maintaining positive, personalised and professional relationships with customers to ensure they continue to shop with the client
• Identify and escalate and underlying issues to team managers
• Liaising with other departments and transferring queries when required
