HRGO Recruitment are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to assist a reputable organisation in Ashford, Kent on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have some prior experience of working in a similar position.
In this role, you will:
  • Process customer and client queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business day-to-day.
  • Manage documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and clients, resolving issues promptly.
  • Work well within the team to achieve business goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Prior experience in
