HR GO are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for their prestigious client based in Sunderland on a permanent basis.

Due to their strong brand heritage and success they are seeking to expand their current manufacturing and operational office, this is a full time permanent position, providing excellent customer service and technical support to their customers.

Following an in-house training programme you will be required to advise customers , relating to any technical issues on their product and offer first class customer service.

Essential skills/experience for the Customer Service Advisor role:-

  • Excellent communication and listening skills with a good telephone manner

  • Experience of working in a Customer Service orientated role and have a solid understanding of good customer service, essentially within a trade or technical environment
  • The ability to problem solve through probing of questions and gathering information

  • Have an empathetic and caring nature

  • Strong competency and ability to use various computerised systems

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade "C" and above

  • Reliable and punctual

Desirable skills/experience for the Customer Service Advisor role:

  • Worked and have recent experience of a technical, trade or engineering support role

  • Call centre experience, dealing with high volume inbound calls

  • Experience of working in an office environment

  • Computer literate and excellent written skills

Salary: Negotiable, dependent upon experience

Working Hours: 38 hours per week, with 30 minutes for lunch

Position: Permanent

Holidays: 25 days, plus 8 statutory Bank Holidays.
