General duties:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with B2B & B2C customers.
Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to successful resolution.
Handle customer complaints efficiently, providing timely and effective solutions.
Accurately process customer orders, returns, credits, and customer records
Monitor back orders and proactively recommend suitable alternative products where appropriate.
Liaise with internal departments, including Purchasing, Operations, and Sales, as well as external suppliers to resolve stock shortages and delivery issues.
Work closely with courier partners to investigate and resolve transport and delivery queries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
Skills:
Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, use initiative, and take ownership of responsibilities.
