General Duties of Customer Service Advisor:

• Handling investors queries via telephone and email
• Resolving investors queries by showing empathy and willingness to support
• Type emails to clients/investors
• Accurately update data onto the inhouse system

General Requirements of Customer Service Advisor:

• Previous experience working in similar role
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Accuracy and keen eye for detail
• General Administration skills
• Financial services background would be beneficial, but not essential
