HRGO are currently looking for Customer Service Operatives on behalf of an expanding company to work in a new call centre based in Doncaster.

The role will involve:-

• Contacting customers that have ordered Covid tests and talking them through the process.
• Dealing with Inbound enquiries relating to Covid Testing
• Talking customers through the order process on the website.
• General Administrative duties

The right candidate will:-

• Have experience in a customer focused role.
• Posses and excellent telephone manner.
• Have good English and maths skills.

The hours of work will be 8 hours a day Monday - Friday with some variation of hours between 8am and 6pm. This role will initially be temporary but is expected to go permanent after 12 weeks.
