We are supporting our Ashford based client during a very busy time, they are looking for 2 x Customer Service Advisors to join their team for a initial period of 3 weeks (there is the possibility that this could be extended and also the potential for the role to go permanent if there is the opportunity).

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by making outbound calls to customers
Accurately enter and manage customer data in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and precise.
Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor and report on customer feedback to continually enhance service delivery.

Proven experience in a customer service role.
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication skills with the ability to empathise and connect with customers.
