Our client is currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join their Sales & Service Team.

You will join their front line team who handle all initial queries and issues that their customers face via different contact channels (Phone, Email and Social Media).

• Experience of working within the retail, hospitality, or customer services sector
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced target driven environment
• Is delivery and customer focused
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to listen and build rapport quickly and effectively
• Ability to remain calm and professional always
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
• IT literate
• Experience in dealing with complaints advantageous

We are seeking flexible candidates who can work between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday (36.5 hours per week on a Rota basis - you would typically work a mixture of 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm and 12pm-8pm shifts rotating on a weekly basis + 1 weekend every 4 weeks). Roles will be subject to DBS and Credit Check prior to start.
