Due to continued growth our client is currently seeking Customer Service Advisors within their Resolution Team.

We would love to hear from confident, enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors with experience of working in either Contact Centre, Retail, Hospitality or nay other customer facing role environment. You will have the ability to listen and build rapport quickly and effectively as well as being able to remain calm an professional at all times. Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and must be IT Literate. Working knowledge of regulated environments and expectations - TCF/FCA would be an advantage but not essential.
This a full time role, working 36.5 Hours per week, initially with weekly pay. You will work on a 6 weeks rota. Hours will be 8am-4pm/10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm Monday-Friday. You will also be required to work 1 in 4 weekends, completing a 9am-5pm on this occasion.
