This is an international company with multiple offices. The client are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join their company based in Leeds (LS5) as a Customer Service Advisor on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate inbound customer service experience.

You will be responsible for responding to emails and telephone calls made by customers wanting to book a service or repair on their vehicle.

General Duties of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Responding to emails and telephone calls made by customers.
  • Booking appointments with approved garages
  • Type and administer correspondence to customers.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in all correspondence with customers.

General Requirements of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Demonstrate inbound customer service experience, ideally gained from a call centre
  • Other customer service experience can include any complaint handling, inbound processing
  • Strong independent and team worker.
