• Job Title: Customer Service Advisers & Team Leaders - Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

• Pay Rate: Customer Service £10p/h Team Leaders £12p/h
• Hours: 40 Hours Working on a rota basis (See Below)

HR GO Recruitment are looking to recruit high volume Customer Service Advisers and Team Leaders for our prestigious Client based in the Farnborough area.

The role will be initially a temporary position and after a successful 12 week then you will go permanent with the client

This role will involve working on site and dealing with inbound calls with customer calling in for any of the following:

• Placing an order
• Refunds
• Damaged Items
• Customer related queries

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Customer Service Experience & Customer Focus
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Keyboard skills and computer literature
• Data Capture and knowledge of CRM Systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Respond to enquiries in an efficient and timely manner

You must be flexible for shifts as it is working between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm, based on a 40-hour week. You will also be expected to work alternate weekends.
