HR GO are looking to recruit Customer Service Executives to start in February 2022 for their prestigious client based in the Sunderland area on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have come from a solid telesales or retail background, with excellent customer service skills.
Benefits: The salary is £22,200 per annum. which includes shift allowance.

Duties Include:
* Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers
* Communicate the benefits of products and services
* Build an excellent rapport, understanding their needs in a professional manner
* Understand and up sell the company products
* Data entry and information gathering
Candidates Require:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work to targets
* Experience of working within a call centre environment is desirable
* Enthusiasm for customer service and satisfaction
* IT literate and attention to detail
Working hours are; Monday to Sunday working between 8am and 8pm this is split between working from their contact centre in Sunderland and home working. All candidates must be able to pass a criminal and financial background check prior to start date.
