Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full Time/permanent
Salary: £26,600 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (Office based)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and supporting sales colleagues through excellent administrative support and accurate order management.

Key responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Chase deliveries and update customers and internal teams on expected arrival times
  • Handle customer queries by phone and email, providing clear, professional responses and resolving issues where possible
  • Support sales teams with administrative tasks, including preparing documentation, updating CRM records and coordinating paperwork
  • Raise stock orders and liaise with suppliers/warehouse to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements to enhance customer service


Skills and experience required

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, ideally within an order-driven environment
  • Strong order processing experience and an understanding of stock/order workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
