Our client is looking for a customer service superstar with a tech mindset, someone who loves solving problems, working with data, and improving systems. This is not a traditional contact centre or telesales role. It's perfect for someone with a technical or analytical background who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help transform how we support customers across all digital platforms.

In this role, you will:

  • Work on customer service improvement projects using automation, chatbots, and AI tools
  • Help identify and fix root causes of repeat issues to reduce unnecessary customer contact
  • Support customer queries with clarity, professionalism, and care, especially in written and spoken French
  • Manage sales orders, customer data, and inventory issues while working across departments (logistics, commercial, credit, etc.)
  • Contribute to the shift from manual data entry to digitised, streamlined work flows

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • A technical or process improvement background (education or early career)
  • Fluency in French and English (Belgian French speakers welcomed!)
  • Experience with SAP, CRM systems, spreadsheets, or tools like Power BI
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • A desire to make things better - not just fix problems, but stop them from happening again
