HRGO are recruiting Customer Advisors for our dedicated healthcare client based in Bishops Waltham.

This an exciting opportunity for anyone looking for career progression as the role is temporary to permanent.

Shifts: Monday- Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Pay: £12.21 p/h

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound- Taking queries from customers regarding prescriptions and booking nurse visits.
  • Outbound calls- Calling customers to ensure they have the correct prescriptions and supplies.
  • Assisting customer with queries
  • Allocated set client list and conducting monthly check ins
  • Stock checks- Checking internal levels of medical equipment and supplies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in phone based customer service role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Can take responsibility for their own workload
