POSITION: Customer Advisor (HSE)
LOCATION: Training 2 x weeks Rhyl (then working from home)
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm ( up to 12 month contract)
We are currently looking for a number of candidates on contractual basis, main duties will be:
To assist with general enquires.
Making outbound call to contact local business to obtain information and offer advice and services.
Process and document discussions via system.
Escalate calls to relevant departments.
Previous experience within an office environment, call centre. Reception, Outbound calling would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills, with ability to be persistent.
Previous experience or knowledge within a health and safety role / environment would be advantageous but not essential.
Able to multi task.
Have good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Accurate data entry skills.
