Job Role: Customer Account Manager

Sector: Manufacturing

Pay Rate: £10.00 - 11.00 per hour DOE

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00-16.30 [40 hour week]

As a Customer Account Manager you will be required to :

Maximise sales conversion through efficient processing of enquiries and orders

To provide sales support, to ensure seamless service is delivered to the client base.

To work with and support the Business Development managers

Preparing and following up quotations in a timely fashion and processing orders

Providing customer liaison in the event of delays or issues with products and services.

What skills and experience should you have?

A successful candidate will need to possess the following skills:

• Previous client account management experience to include order processing and quotations
• PC literacy MS office word, excel and outloook
• Proficient in pricing and margin calculations
• Ability to read and understand catalogues and drawings, pricing, contracts and margins
• Strong communication / interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to organise and prioritise - effective time management
• Proactive
• Good attention to detail
