About the role
We’re on the lookout for a
Credit Controller with French to join new team.This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to support our growing customer base and play a key part in driving financial success.
You’ll work with a wide range of customers - from small businesses to enterprise-level accounts - and help shape strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and drive efficient cash collection across the portfolio.
- Generate and analyze weekly aging reports; follow up on overdue accounts to reduce DSO and support cash flow.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; resolve invoice-related queries to ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to review AR ledgers and escalate unresolved billing disputes.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including short-paid or overpaid invoices, to ensure financial accuracy.
- Consistently meet monthly collection targets while upholding quality standards and contributing to team performance.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within an international and fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines without close supervision
- Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard word processing applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and French is required
- Additional European language skills (e.g., Dutch, German, Italian) are considered an asset
