🔍 Role Overview
HRGO Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver on behalf of our client based in Chartham, Canterbury. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a reliable, safety-focused individual looking to join a fast-paced warehouse environment.
📦 Key Responsibilities
Operating counterbalance forklifts to load and unload pallets of fruit
Safely moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard
Assisting with general warehouse duties, including stock control and inventory management
Ensuring all forklift operations are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
✅ What We Are Looking For
Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
Proven experience operating forklifts within a warehouse or logistics environment
A strong team player with good communication skills
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Willing to assist with manual handling tasks when required
Own transport is preferable due to the location of the sitE
