HRGO Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client in Chartham, Canterbury.
This is a great temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering full-time hours, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious, with previous forklift experience.
🚛 Job Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate a Counterbalance Forklift.
Load and unload pallets of fruit.
Move stock around the warehouse and yard.
Assist with stock control and inventory management.
Complete general warehouse duties as required.
Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies.
Support with manual handling tasks when needed.
✅ Requirements:
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence - essential.
Previous forklift experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
A flexible attitude and willingness to assist with general warehouse duties.
Your own transport is preferred due to the location.
