Salary: £70,000p/a plus overtime depending on experience.
Due to significant growth, we are recruiting several Controls Engineers, the role will be working in the automotive industry and the successful candidate must have experience within this type of automation, primarily conveyor system controls.
Qualifications
Degree/ONC/HNC or higher in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, or equivalent).
Experience with HMI/SCADA software (Wonderware, FactoryTalk View, or equivalent).
Demonstrated expertise in control system design, development, and maintenance.
Excellent knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus or equivalent).
Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical, Eplan or other electrical design software.
Ability to work effectivity in a team environment and communicate ideas and solutions effectively.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
