HRGO Recruitment are looking to fill a vacancy for a Container labourer on behalf of their client located on the outskirts of Maldon.

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Container Labourer to join our Warehousing and Distribution center. As a Container Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of containers, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of goods, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently load and unload containers using appropriate equipment

- Inspect containers for damage and report any issues to the supervisor

- Sort and organize goods within the containers

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Experience:

- Prior experience working in a warehousing or distribution environment preferred

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
