This role is suited to a candidate who has worked for a Global organisation previously and is used to working in an international environment across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities of the role:-
- To support the implementation of global group-wide compliance programs
- To administer global compliance reporting and data systems
- To monitor processes and procedures using compliance management systems
- To act as point of contact on compliance issues and to assist with the co-ordination of investigations
- To prepare internal / external reporting
- Contribute to policy reviews, controls and procedures, feeding back to support continuous improvement
Skills and Experience required:-
- 5 + years demonstrated experience in a compliance, data management or related function
- Degree or equivalent compliance qualification
- Experience in manufacturing, particularly in Tier 1 Automotive supplier or OEM
- Experience of working for a Global Organisation
- Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional manner
- Ability to manage multiple, complex matters in a fast paced environment
- Data analytical skill set, proficiency in English and ideally proficiency in another European language (desirable)
