This role is suited to a candidate who has worked for a Global organisation previously and is used to working in an international environment across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities of the role:-

• To support the implementation of global group-wide compliance programs
• To administer global compliance reporting and data systems
• To monitor processes and procedures using compliance management systems
• To act as point of contact on compliance issues and to assist with the co-ordination of investigations
• To prepare internal / external reporting
• Contribute to policy reviews, controls and procedures, feeding back to support continuous improvement

Skills and Experience required:-

• 5 + years demonstrated experience in a compliance, data management or related function
• Degree or equivalent compliance qualification
• Experience in manufacturing, particularly in Tier 1 Automotive supplier or OEM
• Experience of working for a Global Organisation
• Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional manner
• Ability to manage multiple, complex matters in a fast paced environment
• Data analytical skill set, proficiency in English and ideally proficiency in another European language (desirable)
