We are actively recruiting a para legal exec to join a superb legal team in this highly successful commercial business. The role is to suit someone with commercial law experience, this role is temp to perm.

You will review, negotiate and/or approve a range of agreements across the entire business, principally sales (including new contracts, renewals, addendums, and RFPs/tenders), but also non-disclosure (NDAs), supplier, IT, marketing and finance agreements

• Assist in the training of Sales teams regarding the contracting process and procedures

• Update Salesforce with agreed custom terms and conditions and help ensure signed agreements are sent to Legal and filed in the contract management system

• Assist in the Company's global compliance activities
