Duties of this role will be to program, set and run various multi axis CNC machines to specified instruction and using feedback from part measurements. To manufacture high precision complex components and assemblies

To carry out engineering tasks using CNC and manually operated machines and hand tools.

* To use a variety of measuring equipment.
* To follow manufacturing layouts, routings, and control plans.
* To complete the necessary supporting documentation for each works order and produce status
reports when requested.
* To set up of process to establish 1st off sign off and maintain required quality standard.
* To identifying standard tooling and equipment required for area of responsibility and maintaining
availability of these items, ordering replacements, segregation for regrind, storage.

Candidates will have the ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
* Ability to understand GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)
* Ability to use and program CNC machines.
* Ability to utilise a variety of manufacturing techniques.
* Ability to use a variety of measuring techniques and types of equipment

Candidates must have worked within an engineering related discipline and have a good understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Candidates will have experience in the manufacture of high precision tolerances.
