Pay Rate Guide: £16 - £18 p/hr, with overtime rate
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller, Setter Operator to join this established precision sub-contracting engineering company. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
Main Duties:
Configure and run CNC milling machines based on specifications
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Perform quality checks on finished products
Work collaboratively with the team to enhance production efficiency
Requirements:
Previous experience as a CNC Miller, Setter Operator
Any programming experience beneficial
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
High attention to detail and precision
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
Working Hours:
39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
