Duties of this role include:-

• The design and manufacture of fabricated components using GAS, MIG, TIG and Plasma cutting equipment
• To carry out engineering tasks using CNC and manually operated machines and hand tools
• To perform fault diagnosis and maintenance on equipment used
• Stripping, rebuilding and modifying prototype diesel engines

Candidates will need to be able to read engineering drawings, have the ability to understand Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and be able to use a variety of manufacturing and assembly techniques.

Candidates will be familiar with CAD / Solid Works or similar.

Hours are Monday to Friday, working a 2 shift system. Our client is offering a competitive salary together with a good benefits.
