Client Services Assistant/ Administrator
The Role - 'CSA'
The successful candidate will be based in the centre of Bath .They will be expected to assist with the running of the day to day operations of the business centre and meeting rooms.
Reporting to the Directors, the CSA will be guided and directed on a day to day basis by the Client Services Manager. The candidate will demonstrate excellent communications skills, confidence, attention to detail, enthusiasm, adaptability, ability to multi-task, hospitality, organizational skills, a high level of motivation and presentation, punctuality and commitment to a high level of customer service.
This is a full time role based on working Monday to Friday from 08.30 - 5pm, we are offering 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Salary £19k- £21k DOE
Customer Service
Assist in the running of the business centre, delivering high standards of customer service.
Interface with clients in order to establish needs and requirements in an efficient and professional manner.
Ensure client satisfaction by committing to the highest level of customer service
Log and resolve any clients issued that may arise and maintain high level of customer service throughout.
Assist CSR in ensuring that the centre complies with audit requirements in both services and operations.
Assist in ensuring that the presentation of the centre is compliant with company Standards.
Greet, assist and direct business centre clients and their visitors.
Positively assist with management of client 'move-ins' and 'departures' and amendments to telecoms, furniture, fit out etc.
Administration
Assist in ensuring the running of a professional Reception in line with company policy and procedures.
Assist in the raising of general purchase orders and organise/track orders for consumables requested by clients when using the meeting rooms.
Assist in the allocation of supplier invoices against purchase orders ensuring re-charging is made correctly.
Assist CSR with the maintenance of IT/Telecoms management, updating records as appropriate including client extension numbers within the centre.
Assist with auditing month end telecoms billing to ensure all revenue is absorbed by the centre.
Assist CSR in ensuring all meeting room bookings, catering items and ad hoc services are captured for month end invoicing.
Deal with post and client correspondence as required.
Any other such reasonable requirements as may be made that are consistent with the operation of a successful business centre as requested from time to time.
Projects & Operations
My client is growing business. It may be necessary for all members of the team to undertake other responsibilities in addition to their primary role from time to time which may fall outside of the job description. This may include travel to other centres, provision of leave cover for the CSR and centre-wide assistance if required.
