Our client is well established in the Social Care Sector and been supporting children for over 75 years.
They are now looking for a Childrens Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team based near Ashford in Kent.
As a Childrens Senior Residential Support Worker you will become a mentor and role model for children who have experienced trauma in their lives and will encourage life and social skills and at the same timne HAVE FUN!
If you have a background working with children or maybe you are currently a Childrens Senior Residential Support Worker and looking for a change, we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to understand the communication needed to support the children in care
- Be a team player and support colleagues
- Hold a Level 3 in Children and Young People workplace or equivalent qualification
- Have a driving licence in order to take children to activities
In return the client is offering a role in the idyllic village near Ashford in Kent with a basic salary of £27,000-£37,000 depending on experience and have 39 and 45 hour a week contracts available. There is also the possibility to earn more! As you will be paid an additional £52.50 per sleep in.
