HRGO Recruitment are looking for a temporary member of staff to help out with some technical IT/admin support in the Customer Focus and Support Team for local authority.
The ideal person would have a lot of office/admin/IT experience - any knowledge of Community Health would be useful, but the role is heavily weighted towards the IT skills.
ROLE:
To work as a multi-skilled case officer processing applications and providing technical support, through knowledge and experience, to members of the public, businesses and to other colleagues within the Council. The post holder will embrace a culture of excellent customer service and make sure the services they contribute to are delivered to the highest possible standard, whether statutory or as a matter of policy.
