Call Centre Advisor (Outbound) NO COLD CALLING

Our client based in Thorne (free transport is provided from Doncaster centre) are looking for experienced customer service operatives to join their rapidly expanding team. All these positions are temp to perm.

Duties/expectations: -

Contacting existing customers
Up-selling pre-paid agreements
Handling inbound enquires from customers and identifying opportunities to cross sell value added products
You MUST have excellent communication skills and an engaging personality
Be resilient and able to overcome objections

Hours/Holidays: -

8:30am till 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
1 in 3 Saturday - 9am till 12:30pm
