Call Centre Advisor - INBOUND

My client is a well known household and facilities management business based in the heart of Sheffield. They are looking to add Customer Service Advisors to their already busy team.

What will you be doing?

  • Act as the primary day-to-day interface between the client and members of the public and carry out all aspects of customer service work to enable the client to meet its customer service targets
  • Generate a strong focus on customer retention, development of customers and build strong relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Answer and record all inbound calls and handle conclusion of all correspondence received within given timescales.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and carry out pro-active customer service activity as directed.
  • Consistently delivers on work processes and quality.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Experience in a customer service role with commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An individual who is highly organised and methodical.

The role is 40 hours per week with 8 hour shifts worked between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis, Monday to Friday.
