HRGO are currently recruiting on behalf of a Public Health Organisation for a Business Support Officer, on a 6 month contract, in Ipswich.

This is an office based role, with the standard hours of work being Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Main Duties:

To provide full administrative support to the service, including managing of post, scanning documents, uploading documents, filing and using IT systems within the organisation.

Managing annual leave for certain operatives within the organisation.

Processing of paperwork relating to invoices, raising purchase order numbers, dealing with invoice queries and checking & inputting of receipt details.

Managing of trade operative diaries, scheduling repairs and controlling all appointed works.

Person Specification:

The successful applicant must have strong IT skills, including the use of Microsoft office packages, including Microsoft excel.

You will need to hold 1 A Level or equivalent, or 5 GCSE's / NVQ equivalent.

Competent keyboard skills and attention to detail with data processing / input.

Good telephone manner / customer service skills.
