HR GO are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to drive fleet usage of our clients supermarket car washes. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

This position is an Office Based Position in Croydon.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. To assist in the growth of the fleet sales department you will build your own pipeline of fleet operator leads, actively hunt for new business and be responsible for hitting and exceeding fleet sales targets.

JOB PURPOSE

• Analyse and segment the fleet operator market and build a database of customers

• Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective new clients

• Be able, and willing, to cold call and be resilient in getting through to a decision maker

• You are a hunter - naturally gifted in outreach to prospects and able to pitch a unique business proposition, using own initiative to win business

• Follow up on any inbound leads in a timely manner
