The role
As part of our clients aggressive growth strategy, we are looking for a strong business development manager to join the UK sales team. The successful candidate will become a brand ambassador and key account manager, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with UK based businesses.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and qualifying sales leads, meeting and selling to prospective clients
Meeting existing clients and identifying upsell opportunities
Maintain accurate records and administration
Hit and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
Working collaboratively as part of the wider sales team and other departments
Requirements
Able to generate and develop new client relationships face to face and virtually
Meets and exceeds sales targets
Excellent written and oral English skills
Able to source leads and qualify them over the phone
Minimum five years' experience in consultative sales
Must be within commutable distance to Yeovil, Somerset
Experience working with long sales cycles is essential
Results-driven, highly self-motivated with a positive attitud
Credible, reliable, and honest
Personable and outgoing, with a good sense of humour
Flexible and able to adapt within a fast-moving and exciting environmentFull UK driving licence and prepared to travel if required across the UK
