Position: Business Development Manager
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: DOE with On Target Commission Structure
Due to growth and success, we are currently looking for several enthusiastic well driven individuals to work for a well establish Construction Consultancy Company.
If you are currently seeking a flexible, autonomous sales role within a proven successful business model, then this is an excellent opportunity!
The ideal candidate will have previous business development, telesales, or outbound sales experience within a B2B environment, and will have experience of working across all aspects of the outbound sales process. Experience of selling software products or services, advertising solutions or marketing services would be a bonus.

About the role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Identifying and engaging with potential new customers (generally sales and marketing leaders at construction project companies) through a variety of outbound communications (phone, email, Linked in etc)
Running effective discover meetings to better understand our prospects goals, challenges, and problems
Hosting online demos to potential customers to demonstrate how our software and marketplace can provide value by solving their problems and challenges and helping them achieve their goals
Closing new sales whilst managing a busy pipeline of deals at different stages in the process
