Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Birkenhead

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm 37.5 Hours per week

Salary: DOE with On Target Commission Structure

Due to growth and success, we are currently looking for several enthusiastic well driven individuals to work for a well establish Construction Consultancy Company.

If you are currently seeking a flexible, autonomous sales role within a proven successful business model, then this is an excellent opportunity!

The ideal candidate will have previous business development, telesales, or outbound sales experience within a B2B environment, and will have experience of working across all aspects of the outbound sales process. Experience of selling software products or services, advertising solutions or marketing services would be a bonus.

About the role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging with potential new customers (generally sales and marketing leaders at construction project companies) through a variety of outbound communications (phone, email, Linked in etc)

• Running effective discover meetings to better understand our prospects goals, challenges, and problems

• Hosting online demos to potential customers to demonstrate how our software and marketplace can provide value by solving their problems and challenges and helping them achieve their goals

• Closing new sales whilst managing a busy pipeline of deals at different stages in the process
