We're looking for an experienced Bench Joiner/Cabinet Maker to produce high-end bespoke joinery and cabinetry in a quality-focused workshop (not production-line).
This role is for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the level of precision and finish required at the top end of the market. This is not a production-line environment - attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality are essential.
Make, assemble and finish bespoke joinery from technical drawings
Work with veneers/veneered panels, laminates and solid timber (strong veneering knowledge essential)
Maintain excellent accuracy and finish; complete quality checks to spec
Work closely with CNC/production teams to keep workflow on track
Essential: 5+ years' high-end/bespoke bench joinery experience; able to work independently to deadlines
Selection: paid half-day practical bench test for shortlisted candidates
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum (DOE/standard demonstrated)
