The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a B2B Customer Support environment and be capable of building strong relationships with customers. You should be enthusiastic and engaging with high energy levels and a positive/pro-active attitude, used to working in a busy fast paced environment. Currently you will be required to attend the office 2-3 days per week in addition to remote working, so must live within commuting distance. The ability to speak either French or German would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
