Aviation Operations Assistant - Interesting and varied shift role supporting the operations controller within this prestigious corporate aviation company. You will use your excellent customer service and organisational skills to assist with all aspects of the organisation of ground handling and some aspecs of flight operations.
The opportunity runs on a 4 on off 4 off shift system with 2 days followed by 2 nights.
You will often be the first point of contact for crew arriving at the airport and you will generally assist with a wide variety of activities including:
Booking aircraft and passengers in / out on the company systems
Arranging hotels and transport
Providing weather and route Notams to the crews
Assisting on the ramp, including with baggage.
You should have previous aviation industry experience within Aviation Ground op's.
