This role will be supporting the Relationship Manager within Commercial Real Estate/Senior Debt Portfolio.

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 2 years banking experience, preferably within a client facing role.

• A working general knowledge of Commercial/Corporate lending practices, preferably with prior CRE experience.

• Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

• A high level of attention to detail, including the ability to accurately interpret legal clauses and LMA loan documentation.

• Strong work ethic with good team working skills.

• The ability to effectively communicate by both written and verbal means, both internally and externally.

Overview:

• To act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client enquires

• Attending client meetings and/or undertake property inspections as directed by the assigned relationship manager

• Manage the assigned portfolio

• Assist the assigned Relationship Manager with the assessment of new lending opportunities including basic modelling and other research as directed.

• Completing Annual Credit Review of facilities (reviewed by the assigned Relationship Manager prior to submission)

• Assist the assigned Relationship Manager with the completion of Credit Application and Credit Rating Models as directed

• Raising any identified non-compliance anomalies

• Completing Transaction Completion Process post credit approval - ensure all facilities are correctly documented, booked and drawn in the banks system.

• Overseeing the on-boarding and completion of Client Due Diligence with the assistance of the CDD Dept.
• Manage the timely completion of Client Due Diligence reviews within deadlines
• Credit Memorandum
