My client is aa leading construction consultancy with a robust pipeline and a passionate team. We're on the lookout for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help them deliver exciting projects from £500k to £20m.
What You'll Do:
Assist in crafting accurate cost estimates and budgets.
Support procurement of subcontractors and materials.
Monitor project finances and keep costs in check.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, and variations.
Assist with valuations and final accounts.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
What We're Looking For:
Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related field.
1-2 years' experience (placement year counts).
Strong numerical skills and analytical mindset.
Familiarity with construction methods and technology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of industry software is a plus.
Full UK driving license preferred.
