Working pattern: Full time from 6th October for 3 months
Hrgo are seeking a Building & Mechanical & Electrical Surveyor for 3 months to be based in Ashford. The role involves travelling to different properties carrying out statutory inspections, condition surveys, initiating reactive and programmed works and tenant related issues.
You will also be required to assist the service in the day to day maintenance of building fabric and M&E installations for non-domestic assets in the Commercial Property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, working for a local authority.
