as a Assistant Assembly Team Leader.

The is essentially monitoring , setting up and maximising the manufacture production in line with weekly/monthly production plans, whilst ensuring efficient operation of the department adhering to all procedures and regulatory production requirements.

Applications are sought from keen candidates must have strong computer administration skills . Also capable of motivating a team to reach and exceed production targets /KPi`s A hands on background with a element of supervisory or team leader experience within manufacturing is desired.

Duties includes:

• Supporting the team to achieve daily/weekly and monthly production targets
• Achieve GMP/KPI targets
• React to program changes as required by senior management
• Achieve excellent internal/external audit results
• Escalate problems to senior management to ensure efficiency and outputs are maximised
• Ensuring performance assessments are carried out
