We are currently looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our client's team as an Assembly Operative. You will play a key role in production, warehouse, while ensuring that Health & Safety standards are always maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately assemble products in line with production schedules.
Communicate with team leaders or supervisors about progress and issues.
Maintain high levels of quality and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Comply with all Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
Assist with other duties in the production area when required.
Duties:
Assemble components and products according to specifications and drawings.
Perform visual and quality inspections during and after assembly.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure completed products meet required standards before packaging.
Follow standard operating procedures and report any defects or issues.
Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout the shift.
Contribute to continuous improvement and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
