Production Operative (Assembly) - Temp to Perm - Harlow

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Harlow. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work in a clean, modern environment, with the chance of a permanent role after 12 weeks.

The Role

You will be working at stations on a production line, assembling high-quality components in a structured and process-driven environment.

Duties include:

  • Assembling products using small components and hand tools
  • Operating semi-automated machinery
  • Following clear, step-by-step instructions
  • Carrying out quality checks throughout the process
  • Maintaining accuracy and consistency at all times

This is a repetitive role, so it would suit someone who is focused, patient, and takes pride in doing a job well.

Pay & Benefits

  • £12.71 per hour
  • Pay increase to £13.40 per hour after 12 weeks
  • Opportunity for a permanent contract
  • Weekly pay

Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:55 - 16:40
  • Friday: 07:55 - 15:25
  • 45 minutes unpaid break per day

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Reliable and punctual

Desirable:

  • Experience working with small components
  • Use of hand tools
  • Background in electronics, precision, or fine assembly
