We are looking for an Admin Planner to work for our client in a busy and fast paced office starting Feb 2024
The role of the planner is to work with external labour to ensure pre planned maintenance and re actives are being assigned to the correct sub contractors, and that they have attended and completed the tasks in time.
You will also need to raise purchase orders to give instructions to the sub contractors and ensure these have been invoiced, you will also be required to upload paperwork to evidence the company is compliant.
Skills - Good organisation, attention to detail, work in a face paced area. Customer service skills, FM experience - desirable. Microsoft office
This role is part time working 20 hours a week, This role is a temp to perm role
