HRGO are recruiting for an administrator based near Mickle Trafford in the Chester area. This opportunity is a temp to perm role!

Job Title: Administrator

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

Pay: £25,000 per annum, weekly pay while temp

What you will be doing in your new job

  • Customer liaison and first point of contact for customers via email and phone
  • Managing customer orders and prioritising based on requirements
  • Stock investigation
  • Creating Goods Received notes and Despatch notes
  • Stock management for stationery, ordering when required
  • KPI reporting

What is required

  • Previous experience in an administration role is desirable
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred
