Administrator

HRGO are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of large well established company located in Bradford with a national presence. They have on site parking and fantastic transport links making them ideally located for candidates from Bradford, Halifax, Dewsbury, Leeds, and surrounding areas. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00 with 30 minute lunch plus 2 paid 15 minute breaks

Duties Include:

This is a general administration role with a strong focus on stock control. You will be responsible for both doing stock counts in the warehouse and also the entering of the stock information on in house computer systems.

  • Data entry where accuracy is key
  • Producing despatch notes
  • Upholding communication links within internal departments
  • Ad Hoc tasks as required

Candidates require:

  • Previous experience in an admin role is advantageous
  • Confident with IT packages, including Excel
  • Good communications skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent Organisation skills and an ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Great team player who can also work well on their own
