We are seeking a candidate who is available for an immediate start, to work for our client based in Medway.
This is a general administration role, so will include answering phones, entering information onto the computer, but most importantly will be do deal with travel arrangements for staff. Candidates must have had previous experience of booking flights, trains, organising Visa's and also dealing with personnel information and the updating of this on the computer system.
Candidates will need to arrange flights, trains, organise visa's and covid travel tests. You will be methodical in your work, with good attention to detail. You will possess excellent communication skills as you will need to speak to people where English is not their first language.
A good understanding of Microsoft office packages is required.
