Job Title: Healthcare Administrator

Salary: £11.41 per hour

Hours: This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 & every other Saturday (You will get a day off in the week when you work at the weekend)

Job Overview:

The Healthcare Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative operations of the healthcare facility. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
• Deal with queries in a timely manner
• Maintain databases and record information with accuracy
• Answer calls/transfer calls
• Order stationary and other items needed for the site
• Take notes/minutes at meetings
• Be "THE" go to person for all admin queries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an admin role is essential
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and supervise a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using computer software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
